IN WINE

WE TRUST

UNFOLD THE STORY OF A MAGICAL WINERY
“And the trees
about me,
Let them be dry
and leafless;
let the rocks Groan with continual surges; and behind me,
Make all a desolation. Look, look, wenches!
Paint me a cavernous waste shore
Cast in the unstilled Cyclades,
Paint me the bold anfractuous rocks
Faced by the snarled and yelping seas.”

ABOUT T-OINOS

TINIAKI AMPELONES

since 2002

ORIGIN

In the past, because access to the area was difficult, inhabitants were unable to carry the grapes away for processing; instead, the grapes were pressed on-site. They built sheltered wine presses for protection from the extreme winds, from which the place name “Stegasta” originates (“Stegasta” means “Covered” in Greek).

TERROIR CHARACTERISTICS
